Sweetness {Ybor City Portrait Photographer}

Today was a fabulous day! Besides the heat that Tampa is obviously experiencing at the moment, today could not have been better for portraits… well I guess if it was about 74 degrees then yes, it could have! I had two adorable sessions today with 2 beautiful little girls! I always get interesting looks when I suggest portraits down in Ybor City, of all the places I could pick in Tampa, why Ybor? Simple: I love Texture and Color. I have yet to find another area around Tampa that offers such a wide variety of both in such a small radius. When you have small children, you definitely want to keep it simple and not too much walking as to tire them out- so that’s why I find Ybor City to be a great location.

The first session I had this morning was with Miss Jenna! She ruled the rather secluded streets with her fabulous little curls! Did I mention early morning sessions lead to rather empty locations? Perfect for little ones to explore and not have to compete with other explorers. Jenna and I got to play with some new Crayola Washable Colored Bubbles which were fabulously messy! The best thing? Duh! They’re washable!

Then this evening I had a blast with Miss Jordan! She was one of my lovely little swim models from Emma Grynbal’s ISR class. This time we decided to have a session above water and on dry land… guess what? She’s still just as adorable! She is quite the charmer and little conversationalist- I was kept highly entertained throughout our session. Thanks Jordan!
